My love of drawing began at an early age. My style continued to evolve over time as I studied with many accomplished artists of note, both in classes and workshops in oil and watercolor painting, sculpture and life drawing. Having been a florist for 15 years has given me knowledge and inspiration as well as an appreciation of flowers and nature. However, I also paint people, animals, buildings, tropical beaches, and snow scenes. For the past several years, I have also volunteered to teach in Bradenton, Florida, which gives me great satisfaction knowing I am helping others to explore and enjoy their own creativity in watercolor painting. |
